Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to policy and individualized care plans
• Accurately and promptly complete all documentation and records
• Adhere to established policies and scope of practice
• Prioritize patient care needs with initiative and sound judgment
• Complete required orientations, in-services, and trainings on time
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Licensure, Certification, and Educational Requirements

• Valid professional SLP license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an ASHA-accredited program. Foreign-trained candidates must have their program deemed substantially equivalent by a credential evaluation organization approved by ASHA.
