Job summary

Eagle Crest Rapid Recovery in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program. This full-time role provides therapy services to post-acute geriatric patients as part of a stable in-house team.

The successful candidate will hold a Texas SLP license, be open to clinicians at all experience levels, and collaborate with families and care teams to improve communication and swallowing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Eligible to practice in Texas as SLP.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with speech-language disorders and develop care plans.
• Deliver skilled therapy per rehab program standards.
• Document discharge summaries and progress notes per regulations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and care teams to support patient goals.
• Assist patients with communication and swallowing interventions as prescribed.
