Job summary

Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role. We welcome new graduates and CFY candidates to apply and join our interdisciplinary rehab team.

You will evaluate and implement individualized therapy plans, addressing speech, language, voice, cognitive and swallowing disorders, while documenting in Net Health EMR and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility.
• CFY candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families.
• Complete timely documentation using Net Health EMR.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
