Job summary

Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team on a full-time basis. New graduates and CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans, collaborate with physicians and staff, document in Net Health, and participate in discharge planning to maximize residents' communication and swallowing abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• PA SLP license or eligibility is required.
• CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, residents, and families.
• Complete timely documentation using Net Health EMR.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
