Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide treatment for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, dietary, and medical teams to maximize resident outcomes
Educate residents, families, and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process
Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Net Health and PCC
Help residents achieve their highest level of communication, cognition, safety, and independence
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Pennsylvania SLP License or eligibility for licensure
CFY candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Passion for serving the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting
