Job summary

Dracut Public Schools—Joseph A. Campbell Elementary School in Dracut, Massachusetts—seeks a dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to support students and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including classroom teachers, counselors, and service providers.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED is required; degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of one or more students throughout the school day.
• Provide personal care support, self-care assistance, toileting and/or diapering as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors and service providers on the multidisciplinary team.
• Carry out duties as assigned by Special Education teachers and the Principal.
