Job summary

Eurest is hiring immediately for a full-time Sous Chef at the Intel RA4 Cafe in Cornelius, OR. Location: 2501 MW 229th, Cornelius, OR 97124. Schedule: 6:00 am–2:00 pm or 7:30 am–3:30 pm; online applications accepted only.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory kitchen experience, coordinating cooks and food-service staff, ensuring recipes, sanitation, and portion control, and maintaining service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food per recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly staff: scheduling, payroll, training, reviews.
• Stores food per safety procedures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstations.
• Handles customer questions and resolves complaints.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; flags shortages.
• Supports daily operations as needed.
