Job summary

Oakley Country Club in Watertown, MA, is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to lead culinary operations within our premier Food & Beverage program. You will support menu execution across outlets and events, mentor staff, and ensure top-tier presentation and service for members and guests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive culinary experience in a private club, hotel, or upscale dining environment.

• Strong knowledge of food ordering, inventory management, and organization.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and train culinary teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
