Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Sonographer/Ultrasound Technologist to operate ultrasound scanners and produce diagnostic images. You will explain procedures, position patients, and ensure accurate RIS documentation while delivering high-quality patient care.

The role requires ARDMS registration, AMA/CAAHEP credentials, and state licensure where applicable, with a full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. DailyPay is available, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited sonography program or CAAHEP-approved path.
• ARDMS registered in sonography; active and in good standing.
• State licensure as a Sonographer where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound scanners to acquire diagnostic images per physician orders.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort during exams.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the Radiology Information System (RIS).
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in protocol development and training.
• Support imaging department operations and assist with equipment upkeep.
