• Provides consumers with medication education and observes their self-administration of medication
• Facilitates social, recreational, and therapeutic activities with consumers
• Must adhere to the agency's driving policy of transporting consumers in a safe and responsible manner
• Provides input to treatment and service plans as well as their implementation
• Must be able to document all relevant information to the consumers' electronic chart records
