Job summary

NRG Energy is seeking technicians with a sales mindset to install and service smart home technology in customers' homes. Earn piece-rate pay and enjoy an unlimited commission plan while becoming an expert on leading home automation products.

You'll manage inventory and assets, install and troubleshoot systems, and explain product capabilities to customers. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with residence within 20 miles of the city.

Qualifications

• We hire for attitude and train for skill.
• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
