Job summary

Lagniappe Rehabilitation Services seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality services in facilities with minimal supervision. The role covers evaluation, treatment planning, supervision of assistants, and active case management.

Adherence to state regulations and Lagniappe guidelines is required. The SLP will travel between facilities, work varied hours including weekends/holidays, and maintain documentation and communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or current eligibility required by Lagniappe Rehabilitation guidelines.
• Valid state license (where applicable) and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services with minimal supervision.
• Evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and supervise aides.
• Communicate patient status to families and professionals; participate in case management.
