Job Summary

Full-time Skilled Maintenance at Highland School District which includes working in professional office areas and student areas as well as outside in extreme weather conditions.

Descriptions

To operate the normal duties and functions of a district maintenance including but not limited to the following:

• Experience in all aspects of Facilities Maintenance including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC;


• Computer skills and previous use of a CMMS with parts inventory is a plus;


• Ability to repetitively lift 75 pounds;


• Ability to stand for long periods of time, stooping, kneeling, and crawling;


• Ability to work in confined spaces and heights including ladders and lifts;and


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
