Responsibilities

• Operate maintenance tasks in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC areas.
• Use CMMS for parts inventory; experience is a plus.
• Lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Work in confined spaces and at heights using ladders and lifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
