Position: Full Time Site Supervisor - Decatur

RamClean is seeking an experienced lead supervisor to oversee staff at our Decatur, IL location.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assist the Director of Operations and Operations Managers with supervisory tasks.
2. Ensure buildings are cleaned to client satisfaction.
3. Perform inspections on client buildings.
4. Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies.
5. Assist with rotation of cleaning equipment such as mop heads and towels.
6. Help clean the account to cover for call-offs and time off.
7. Assist with onboarding and training of new cleaning staff.
8. Manage a team of staff members.

Required Qualifications:

1. 2-5 years of experience as a commercial cleaner, janitor, or custodian.
2. At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager.
3. Reliable phone and ability to use our commercial janitorial mobile app.
4. Proficiency in email communication and quick messaging to staff.
5. Effective communication skills with cleaners, managers, and clients.
6. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record for driving a company vehicle on-site.
7. Flexible schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 2-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a commercial cleaning or facilities services company.

Compensation:

• $55,000 per year salary.
