Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Server to join our community restaurant team. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service that mirrors a guest-focused restaurant.

Your daily tasks include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes and drinks, and processing orders via our POS system, while handling opening and closing duties with care.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service presentation.
• Age 18+ or proper schoolwork authorization if under 18.
• Must hold or obtain a Food Handler's Card as required by state/county regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate specific resident orders using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
