Job summary

King Kamehameha Kona Beach Resort Courtyard by Marriott in Hawaii seeks a Full Time Server to share the aloha spirit and provide a memorable guest experience. You will set tables, take and serve orders, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining a clean dining area.

The role requires at least one year of server experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate a computerized POS system. TB clearance is required.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience as a server is required.
• High school or equivalent education.
• Ability to operate a computerized point of sale system.
• TB clearance card required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor while providing personalized service to guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Assist with meal setup and set or pre-set tables in dining room as assigned.
• Take orders for food and beverages and serve to guest tables.
• Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety requirements and liquor laws.
