Rogue Valley Manor seeks a Full-Time Wellness Assistant to support wellness programming, fitness activities, and events for residents at our Southern Oregon Life Plan Community. You will help organize classes, coordinate assessments, and orient residents to facilities, emphasizing safe participation and active community life.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness, recreation, wellness, or related field.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications; Lifeguard preferred.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and safe activity practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and leading fitness classes, wellness programs, and events.
• Support resident fitness assessments and coordinate individualized wellness activities.
• Orient residents to fitness equipment and wellness spaces; promote safety.
• Provide instruction for fitness training, aquatic exercise, and physical activities.
• Build relationships with residents and deliver excellent customer service.
