Job summary

Frontier Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for The Landing at Augusta Woods in Spring, TX. You will perform daily cleaning of apartments and common areas, manage laundry, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The role requires physical stamina and a compassionate, professional approach, with shifts 7:00AM-3:30PM Tuesday-Saturday as full-time. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and with assistance as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle chemicals properly.
• Willingness to work with elderly population and provide courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean vacant apartments and prepare them for occupancy.
• Clean residences and common areas on schedule.
• Keep community areas neat, attractive, and safe for residents, guests and staff.
• Laundry of linens including sorting, washing, folding and delivery.
• Maintain housekeeping cart in a clean, orderly condition.
• Notify management of maintenance needs.
• Follow safe chemical handling procedures and emergency procedures if needed.
• Present a professional demeanor aligned with resident service values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
