The Programming/Activity Assistant will engage with residents through fun and innovative programs, support independent pursuits, and communicate effectively about residents' progress.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of aging and disability issues.
• Experience in developing appropriate programs for elders.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of a weekly activity program.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Motivate residents to participate in activities.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to the director.
