Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for delivery and serving.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain inventory of food and supplies.
• Interpret menus and meal plans.
• Unload and store food and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and equipment after meals.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation codes.
• Assist with laundry and quarterly inventory.
• Cleans ovens and coolers, and carriers.
• Prepare activity reports for supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
