Job summary

Responsibilities

• Understand proper food-handling techniques and hazards; monitor cooking times and temperatures.
• Estimate quantities and portion-control to meet residents' dietary needs; prepare food for cooking and service.
• Serve meals according to dietary guidelines and ensure tray accuracy.
