Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring a Resident Care Associate for The Residence at Shelburne Bay. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, personal care, and cognitive stimulation in a supportive, dignified environment.

Applicants should have CNA training or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, and strong computer and English communication skills. The position is full-time, on-site, with benefits starting on day one, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a computer for documenting services provided.
• Must be fluent in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide for residents' personal care and safety according to service plans.
• Engage residents with meaningful activities and cognitive stimulation.
• Assist with medications per state regulations and document accordingly.
• Maintain neat and orderly living units and assist with daily living activities.
• Record incidents and services in the community system and communicate with RN.
