Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and building personnel by carrying out screening procedures and following site policies.
• Screen visitors, contractors, deliveries, and others entering the location per access-control protocols.
• Verify identifications, credentials, appointments, and authorization; direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor screening equipment, entry points, and visitor activity; report prohibited items or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document observations, and communicate relevant information to leadership.
