Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and operate computer/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries entering designated logistics and distribution areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Verify identification, access credentials, and authorization for entry to controlled areas, and document visitor and delivery activity as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, facility entrances, loading areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
