Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and vehicles entering designated areas.
• Monitor screening equipment and access points; document observations and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility areas to deter unauthorized access.
