Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused site, following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, escalate unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document observations and actions per procedures.
• Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs.
