Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer skills required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience required.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals calmly and professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and alertness during shifts.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening (drug test and background check).

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside/outside the client’s premises in various conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team to meet site goals.
• Carry out other duties as required for the site.
