The position emphasizes de-escalation, incident reporting, and collaboration with a regional support team to foster growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete GED in 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate where needed.
• Perform access control at security entrances/exits.
• Patrol interior/exterior areas on client premises in various conditions.
• Interact with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports on incidents and observations.
• Work in a team to meet site objectives daily.
• Carry out tasks and duties for the assigned site.
