Point Management / Shangri-La in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Full-Time Security Officer to protect our retail environment onsite. You will patrol, monitor premises, and engage with customers to maintain a safe and welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as an onsite security officer or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to monitor premises and respond to incidents promptly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Conduct regular indoor and outdoor patrols to deter and detect suspicious activity.
• Maintain a visible presence to reassure and support the retail team and visitors.
• Respond promptly to incidents, provide first aid when necessary, and communicate with law enforcement as required.
• Document daily activities and irregularities to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and proactively identify security issues.
