Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen will be completed as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures.
• Prepare reports of incidents and daily activities and communicate with site leadership.
