Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol (Full Time) in Cincinnati, OH. You will guard clients across manufacturing and industrial environments, conducting patrols, monitoring access, and delivering customer service with integrity and teamwork.

The role requires prior security experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with computers/tablets. A background check and drug screening are part of the employment process, with licensing requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Criminal background check as required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by enforcing site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in required reports.
