Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Driving for a full-time role in Findlay, OH. You will monitor access points, verify credentials, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors at a manufacturing/industrial site while driving to and from assignments.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork. Pay is $17.51 per hour with a consistent day-time schedule and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license per policy.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel while enforcing site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor/contractor records, and manage badges/keys.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, perimeters, parking areas and designated locations to deter unauthorized access.
• Document daily activities and incident details, sharing information with leadership and site contacts.
