Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full-Time Experienced in Cincinnati, OH. You will patrol facilities, deter security incidents, and provide welcoming, professional service to patients, visitors, and staff in a healthcare setting.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and compliance with vaccination requirements. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred and a guard card/license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local regulations and may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and report per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to facility procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and activities per site requirements.
