Qualifications

• Guard card or license may be required depending on state.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas, warehouses, and perimeters.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and logging visitors.
• Document daily activities and patrol findings per procedures.
