Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Professional Security Officer for a full-time shift in Lake Oswego, OR. You will monitor premises, enforce access control, and patrol to ensure a safe environment for our clients and their staff.

Candidates should have strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently, with the flexibility to handle emergencies and report incidents promptly. CPR/AED training is provided, and pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership required.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under stress.
• Pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property (4-8 miles per shift).
• Respond to incidents/alarms.
• Coordinate care with EMS/Firefighters.
• CCTV monitoring.
