Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while enforcing access control.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify IDs, and issue visitor credentials.
• Screen and direct deliveries, contractors, and vendors per facility procedures.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and alarms and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas and report unusual conditions.
