Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. is seeking Full-Time Security Officers for Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville. The role involves outdoor patrols, incident reporting, and responding to emergencies with professional conduct on all shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of security experience.
• Must be able to write incident reports.
• Ability to deescalate confrontations and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and threats; patrol outdoors in all weather.
• Monitor alarms and coordinate with security personnel.
• Answer incoming lines and document incidents in detail daily.
• Communicate with local law enforcement and fire departments as needed.
• Maintain professional conduct and complete post orders and forms.
