Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months security experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience with access control/badge systems preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following safety and security procedures and site policies; respond to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; work conditions may vary by client site.
