Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity.
• Maintain daily activity reports and required records.
