Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer in Appleton, WI to maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors. You will monitor access points, patrol premises, and respond to incidents with professional judgement and de-escalation where needed.

Qualifications include being 18+, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and observational skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must remain calm under pressure and vigilant during shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid judgement and escalation when needed.
• Strong observational and communication skills with quick decision-making.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Maintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm.
