Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professional demeanor at all times, maintaining customer service expectations.
• Engage in situational decision making; notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Remain able to sit, stand or walk for full 8‑hour shifts.
• Withstand extended exposure to cold or hot weather during shifts.
• Occasionally lift or pull up to 50 lbs as required.
• Speak clearly to ensure information is understood by authorities.
• Work may include weekends and holidays.
