In this position, you will support our providers by accurately documenting patient encounters and helping maintain precise, confidential and thorough medical records—an essential part of delivering exceptional care.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient visits in real-time.
• Assist healthcare providers with charting and medical record documentation.
• Ensure all patient information is accurately recorded and updated.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other team members.
• Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills, with the ability to accurately document detailed medical information.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Extended standing or sitting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
