Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors entering and exiting the location; verify ID and access.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized activity to leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents following site procedures and escalation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors entering and exiting the location; verify identification, access permissions, and required documentation.
• Monitor access points, maintain visitor and delivery logs, and report unauthorized entry attempts or unusual activity to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access areas, loading zones, business operations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
