Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, undergo a background investigation and a drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by executing site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and direct check-in flow for visitors.
• Screen vehicles and personnel per site requirements and report irregularities or unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking lots, exterior areas and perimeter to deter misconduct.
