Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while performing security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors; verify identification and access permissions.
• Monitor access points, maintain visitor and delivery logs, and report unauthorized entry or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
