Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a Wisconsin school district. The contract runs through the end of the academic calendar, starting immediately, with a focus on improving communication and language for students across grades served by the district.

The ideal candidate holds SLP licensure and CCC, with school-based experience preferred, and demonstrates strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills in a diverse educational

Qualifications

• Must hold valid SLP licensure and CCC.
• Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to students individually and in group settings.
• Conduct thorough speech/language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support each student's IEP goals.
• Document progress and maintain records per state guidelines.
• Offer support to teachers and parents to facilitate generalization of communication skills across settings.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise in speech and language development.
