Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role in a school district near Conroe, TX. The position runs from August 12, 2026, to May 28, 2027, with on-site services across multiple campuses in the North Houston area.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, possess or are eligible for Texas licensure, and ideally hold ASHA CCC-SLP. New grads and CFs are encouraged to apply, with collaborative team mentoring and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Texas licensure or eligibility required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
• Develop IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Work mainly at one school site with possible support across campuses.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success.
• Adapt interventions to meet caseload needs.
• Stay current on best practices and district protocols.
