Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based position in Houston, Texas for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves delivering speech-language therapy to students Pre-K through 12, with support from both the district and the TheraPeds team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree in SLP, Texas licensure, and school-based credentials; CCC-SLP preferred. On-site work, competitive hourly pay, and guaranteed hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually or in small groups.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech and language.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals with data-driven progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs.
• Manage caseload and complete timely documentation and reports.
