Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based role in Peoria, Illinois for the 2026-2027 school year. You will assess, design, and implement therapy plans, supporting AAC and multimodal communication and collaborating with teachers and families.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and an Illinois SLP license; CCC-SLP is preferred. CFs are encouraged to apply, with competitive weekly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Illinois SLP license or ability to obtain licensure.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services.
• Support students using AAC and multimodal communication.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and goal development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Support students' communication and academic development.
